• Payment and Shipping
We only except PayPal payment, a service you do not need to sign up to use! We currently do not accept cash or cheque. Prices includes shipping worldwide for now. Shipping international. Please allow up to 7 days delivery in Norway and 30 days outside of Norway. All orders are sent by Posten and are dispatched within 5 days after payment received.
• Returns & Refunds
If you recive an order that are broken or don't fit you. Please contact us for return info. We can exchange any item within 14 days of your purchase as long as we have that item and your size in stock. All items MUST be returned in orginal packing and in brand new condition. If your desire return item is not in stock, we can replace it with an item of the same value or we can give you a full refund. Stained, smoke smelling or worn items which are returned to us will not be replaced. If we recive an item of such description, we will not be responsible for the postage fee to return this item to you. Please Note: We will not be resposible for return postage fees in any circumstances, so please make sure you choose the right size!
• How Should I Wash My Items?
All our garments have washing instructions printed on the inside neck, please follow these carefully to ensure longevity of your items. Machine wash inside out, Hang dry, do NOT tumble dry!
• How Do I Contact Black Diamond Clothing Company For Moddeling/Endorsements?
Please feel free to email us regarding either of the above, we will respond to you as soon as we can! Models are asked to send pictures. Bands are askd to send bandpage with sound! Artists and tattooers who are interested in getting theyre work in our artist collection send us an e-mail about what you do, and make.
